Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience with VMware and Microsoft services including Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, Certificate Services, and more 
  •  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Maintain and Troubleshoot Microsoft operating systems and services, including Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, DHCP, DNS, IIS, and Office 365
  • Maintain and Troubleshoot VMware vSphere Environment
  • Maintain and Troubleshoot the VEEAM Backup Solution
  • Research and Develop New Technology as Business Needs
  • Windows and AD Server Security Hardening
  • Familiar with Linux
  • Listen attentively to customers’ questions and concerns and offer optimal solutions Responding to users, following up, and resolving problems.
Competencies:
