Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in working on different social platforms and be competent in design tools. Additionally, the candidate should have a great command of the English language and possess excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

Create, manage, and optimize social media campaigns across different platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
Create visually compelling content using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all social media channels.
Analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to improve performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience working as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
Proven experience in managing social media campaigns on different platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights
Competent in design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
