شرح موقعیت شغلی
Responsibilities: Your core responsibility will be to make an online presence for multiple brands on social media, the details of the role will include: • Regularly create and publish content across various platforms such as X (formerly known as Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram and sometimes others. • Monitor interactions and respond to comments and messages. • Execute the content plan to ensure timely and consistent posting. • Analyze the performance of posts and campaigns, making necessary improvements. • Produce engaging and diverse content, including text, images, videos, and graphics using various tools. (Being able to create picture and video content using tools is a big plus and advantage) • Utilize social media analytics tools to evaluate performance. • Prepare periodic reports with insights on campaign success and recommendations for improvement. (Big part of the job!) • Build relationships with users by any means they can. • Manage negative feedback and crises professionally and effectively. • Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure alignment and synergy in projects.
Requirements: • Age: 22 to 35 years • Experience: At least 3 years of experience
Specialized Skills:• Proficient in mobile content creation tools for social media
Experience in command of content creation apps and AI tools.
Expertise in writing captions, strategic hashtagging, and storytelling
Ability to manage interactions and respond to comments and messages
In-depth knowledge of social medias algorithms and the ability to think of and implement effective strategies
Skilled in attracting organic followers and increasing engagement and views
Familiarity with social media page analytics and reporting
Experience in running advertising campaigns
Regularly publish posts while adhering to social media marketing principles
Ability to identify trends and generate ideas in the social media space
Personal Skills:
Passionate about working in digital and social media fields
Strong team player with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments
Capable of working under deadline limits and managing obstacles effectively
