Job Description: Research and Development (R&D) Specialist About Us: We are a dynamic startup studio dedicated to driving innovation and growth. Our team is passionate about developing transformative solutions that cater to emerging market needs and leveraging cutting-edge technologies to create successful ventures.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive industry analysis, focusing on the fashion and tailoring sectors.
Identify emerging trends, market needs, and customer preferences to inform business strategies.
Develop and implement strategies for new product development and market entry.
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment with market demands.
Develop and execute market research plans and methodologies.
Analyze competitors, assessing market share, strategy, and performance.
Manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations that communicate research findings and recommendations.
Support startup teams by providing actionable insights and data-driven guidance.
Understanding of both the Iranian and Canadian markets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in market research, with a strong preference for expertise in the fashion and tailoring industry.
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in research tools and software.
Strong understanding of business operations and product development in the fashion sector.
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools
Proficient in English with advanced-level communication skills, both written and verbal
