Job Description: We are looking for a junior English Research and Development (R&D) specialist for the Canadian market. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English with advanced communication skills, both written and verbal. A keen interest in startups and the startup industry is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Conduct a comprehensive industry analysis, with a focus on the Canadian market.
Identify emerging trends, market needs, and customer preferences to inform business strategies.
Develop and execute market research plans and methodologies.
Analyze competitors, assessing market share, strategy, and performance.
Manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations that communicate research findings and recommendations.
Support startup teams by providing actionable insights and data-driven guidance.

Qualifications:

Proficient in English with advanced-level communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in research tools and software.
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
