Job Title: Full-Stack Developer (Remote, 1-Year Contract)

Location: Remote

Contract Length: 1 Year (with opportunity to renew)

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full-Stack Developer to join our team and work on building our next great product from the ground up.

Job Overview:

As a Full-Stack Developer at O'Fallon Labs, you will play a crucial role in developing a cutting-edge platform. You will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, working closely with our product and design teams to bring the next big idea to life. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least 3 years of experience building platforms from scratch to have a significant impact on a high-impact project.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative web applications.
Build both front-end and back-end features, ensuring high performance and scalability.
Implement user-friendly, responsive UI/UX design while adhering to best practices.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for web and mobile platforms.
Integrate with third-party APIs and services as necessary.
Troubleshoot and debug applications for smooth functionality.
Participate in weekly meetings to provide project updates and align with the team.
Contribute to weekly updates and documentation to ensure project transparency and timely progress.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in full-stack web development.
Strong experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or similar).
Proficiency in back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Ruby, or similar).
Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and server-side programming.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Strong understanding of web application development lifecycle and deployment.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with excellent communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to build new platforms from scratch, with a strong portfolio of past projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud technologies (GC, AWS, Azure, or similar).
Knowledge of DevOps and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
