Here at NovinCloud we are building a world-class team and would love you to join us. Working with our team, you will lead a team of developers using the Agile method on one of our SaaS projects in the cloud computing industry.


This job can be 100% on-site, remote or hybrid.


Requirements


·  At least 3 years of enterprise experience supporting Agile development teams in the role of Scrum Master and/or Product Owner


·  A software engineering background with the ability to comfortably speak in technical jargon.


·  Familiarity with cloud computing.


·  Proven ability to analyze epics and user stories from all points of the SDLC, including the architecture, development, testing, and deployment phases (Note: you will not be required to provide architectural or coding solutions, but you must be comfortable participating in discussions about these topics and providing input from a business and client requirements standpoint)


·  Scrum Master certification.


·  Advanced Product Owner certification is preferred


What you will be doing:


·  Preparing and running Agile ceremonies


·  Engaging with stakeholders to make sure that the team is developing a world-class product.


·  Ensuring your team’s delivery against the agreed plan


·  Helping to define the product vision and break it into smaller and incremental deliverables


·  Working with development teams, solution architect and business stakeholders


·  Resolving blockers and issues with the team and escalating when further assistance and support are necessary.


·  Helping to identify market opportunities


·  Planning and executing the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
