شرح موقعیت شغلی

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) systems to support voice and video communication.
  • Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and reliability of collaboration services, integrating voice, video, messaging, and other tools.
  • Administer and optimize collaboration platforms, including Skype for Business, Cisco Meeting Solution, Jabber, and Cisco Softphone.
  • Integrate communication services with business applications, assisting in their network infrastructure integration, and providing training and documentation for end-users.
  • Proactively monitor network performance, maintain comprehensive documentation, and participate in project planning to ensure successful delivery of collaboration initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Network Engineer focusing on collaboration and telephony services.
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols, VoIP technologies, and collaboration platforms.
  • Experience with Cisco Unified Communications, Microsoft Teams, or other relevant collaboration tools.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex network issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or certifications in collaboration platforms are a plus.
Work condition:

  • Working Days: Sunday-Thursday
  • Working Hours: 8:30-17:00
  • Location: District 1, Tehran.
