شرح موقعیت شغلی

Novin Rasman is seeking highly skilled accountants to handle entity and corporate accounting activities, oversee monthly book closures and account reconciliations for the Business Units, and perform financial reporting and related analysis in accordance with accounting standards. They will also assist in financial audits, file GST returns, and provide financial information to the head office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general accounting activities, including data entries, sales invoicing, and accounts receivable maintenance.
  • Manage financial reporting, budget variance analysis, and fixed asset accounting and reconciliation.
  • Handle accounts payable, invoice verifications, and ensure compliance with authority matrix.
  • Record assets, liabilities, revenue, and expenses in the accounting system and assist in filing GST returns.
  • Ensure adherence to group accounting guidelines, assist in PDA/FDA reconciliation, AP invoice processing, and support financial audits.
Required qualifications:

  • University education in accounting, finance or business
  • Financial or Accounting certification
  • Minimum 3 years of entity accounting experience & handling audits
  • Corporate financial reporting and statutory filings 
  • Experience and knowledge about local taxes
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Nice to haves:

  • Accountancy qualification (CPA, ACCA or any other equivalent certification)
  • Experience and knowledge in letter of credit and trade finance such as discounting LC, finance, etc.
Work condition:

  • Working Days: Sunday-Thursday
  • Working Hours: 8:30-17:00
  • Location: District 1, Tehran.
