شرح موقعیت شغلی

Novin.Dev is looking for a motivated and innovative Business Analyst to join our team.
You will work directly with the CEO in this role to identify new business opportunities, validate innovative ideas, and support market-driven solution development.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the team to develop new products and services
Identify and analyze markets to discover new opportunities and benchmark against competitors.
Create and draft Business Plans and Business Model Canvas
Gather and analyze data from various sources to support business decisions.
Ability to identify and benchmark markets, performing initial screenings for potential market and product entry.
Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for projects
Work closely with various teams to align business ideas with market needs
Present findings and recommendations to the CEO and key stakeholders
Utilize data visualization tools and techniques to present findings and insights to stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Requirements and Skills

Proficiency in English
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a related role especially in the fintech industry.
Strong expertise in data analysis and market research
Familiarity with business analysis frameworks such as SWOT and PESTEL
Proven experience in creating Business Plans
Proficiency with tools like Excel, Power BI
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Experience working in agile environments & Familiarity with innovative technologies is a plus.
