We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our team and work on our new project. This project will involve developing a blockchain layer 1 proof of trust where AI is used for predictive analysis for our crypto exchange. As such, we are seeking an individual with extensive technical experience in software testing and automation frameworks who can help ensure that our product is delivered to a high-quality standard in line with industry best practices.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, as well as experience in developing test plans from requirements documents. They should be able to develop automated tests using scripting languages and have experience using existing frameworks. They should be proficient in debugging code and isolating issues to both identify root causes and suggest corrective measures. An understanding of blockchain technology is essential to this role, as well as the ability to develop test scenarios that reflect both the design of the product or application being tested and its use cases. The successful applicant should have excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with developers, product owners and other members of the team when it comes to resolving bugs or ensuring quality assurance standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a QA engineer on software applications
• Extensive knowledge of software QA methods, tools, processes and techniques
• Proven track record in developing automated tests
• Working knowledge of existing frameworks
• Ability to create comprehensive test plans from requirements documents
• Experience debugging code & isolating issues & suggesting corrective measures
• Proficient in writing queries using SQL/NoSQL databases & querying APIs
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology required
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Experience Level: We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer with at least 5 years’ experience working on software applications. We require someone who has already developed successful automated tests and worked with existing frameworks. A thorough understanding blockchain technology is vital for this role too.
