We are looking for an Offline Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and oversee offline marketing activities and on-ground brand operations. This role focuses on delivering a consistent and high-quality brand experience across all physical touchpoints while ensuring smooth execution, operational excellence, and effective coordination with external partners.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage offline marketing activities, events, and on-ground brand activations.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and partners to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
Oversee procurement, logistics, and quality control of marketing materials and operational assets.
Ensure all offline executions align with brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
Manage installation, maintenance, and optimization of physical and outdoor brand media.
Support special projects, partnerships, and sponsorship executions as needed.
Monitor execution budgets and prepare clear and accurate performance and cost reports.
Requirements
Proven experience in campaign, offline marketing execution, or event management.
Strong understanding of branding principles and visual standards.
Familiarity with suppliers, vendors, and offline media environments.
Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced and time-sensitive environments.
Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable with fieldwork and off-site activities.
