At Nobitex, we are looking for a Senior Crisis & Reputation Lead within our PR team to design, own, and scale the company’s crisis prevention and reputation management capabilities.

This role is a senior, hands-on strategic position, not an executive management role. The successful candidate will initially operate as an individual contributor, with full ownership of crisis frameworks and decision-making, and will gradually build and lead a dedicated team as the function matures.

The role focuses on structure-building, strategic judgment, and leadership in high-risk situations, ensuring long-term brand credibility alongside effective crisis response.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and continuously evolve Nobitex’s crisis communication and reputation management framework
Establish and oversee social media, media, and public sentiment monitoring systems
Identify reputational risks and early warning signals, providing structured insights and reports to senior leadership
Define clear crisis prevention, escalation, and response processes across the organization
Lead crisis response in high-pressure situations while maintaining consistency in brand narrative and public communication
Manage multiple sensitive or high-risk situations simultaneously
Work closely with Legal, Product, PR, and Senior Management teams during crises
Gradually build, mentor, and lead a crisis and reputation management team as organizational needs grow

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of senior-level experience in PR, communications, crisis management, or reputation management
At least 2 years of direct, hands-on experience managing corporate, media, or reputational crises
Proven ability to remain calm, analytical, and decisive under extreme pressure
Strong judgment and decision-making skills in time-sensitive and high-stakes environments
Systemic and strategic thinking with experience designing scalable processes and frameworks
Ability to balance short-term business risks with long-term brand credibility
Demonstrated leadership potential, including experience building or scaling teams in growing organizations
Strong collaboration skills when working with senior executives, legal teams, and high-sensitivity stakeholders
