شرح موقعیت شغلی


Nobitex is looking for an experienced Senior UX Researcher to lead research initiatives, drive innovation, and advocate for a user-centered design approach across our digital products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights, and experience mentoring research teams to foster a culture of continuous discovery and improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and marketers to define research goals, prioritize activities, and align research efforts with business objectives.
  • Inspire and mentor team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous discovery.
  • Conduct advanced qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user insights and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Advocate for user research best practices, promoting a user-centered approach across the organization.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to drive innovation.
  • Present clear, data-driven research findings to stakeholders at all levels, influencing product decisions.
  • Define and execute the strategic research roadmap, ensuring alignment with Nobitex’s broader business objectives.
  • Lead the execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. Assume responsibility and accountability for the results within the area of ownership.
Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior UX Researcher or Research Team Lead in a technology-focused environment.
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, with the ability to select the most appropriate method for each project.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience leading and mentoring UX researchers, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Track record of data-driven decision-making and influencing product direction.
  • Experience or familiarity with cryptocurrency is a strong plus.
