شرح موقعیت شغلی

Nobitex is looking for an experienced VIP Account Manager to joi our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with our most valuable clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and tailored solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Fully understanding key client needs and providing optimal solutions.
  • Preparing and presenting reports on client activity and satisfaction (documenting issues, actions, and results).
  • Effectively communicating with various company departments to resolve VIP client issues.
  • Expanding relationships and increasing activity with current VIP clients by continuously offering tailored proposals and solutions.
Requirements:

  • Preferably at least 5 years of experience in loyalty programs within banks or large to medium-sized businesses.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to understand customer needs (especially with high-level professionals).
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Trustworthiness and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • High responsibility and follow-up capabilities.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to offer solutions.
  • Creative thinking and attention to details.
  • Customer support and soft skills.
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage crises.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with digital space and its core concepts.
  • High social intelligence with strong writing, verbal, and presentation skills.
Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with the crypto industry.
