شرح موقعیت شغلی

Nobitex is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Support team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for identifying and addressing issues within our support processes, coordinating interdepartmental communications, and providing detailed reports to various teams.

Responsibilities:

Review and address issues reported by the sub-departments, coordinating with relevant teams for resolution and follow-up.
Attend weekly internal meetings with the Product team to receive updates on feature requests, requirements, and support needs.
Participate in internal meetings with the QA team, support supervisors, and managers to discuss reported issues, analyze requested features, and prioritize them.
Generate and analyze data from the technical team to identify bottlenecks and communicate issues in support processes to the technical and product teams.
Provide reports from product demo sessions to QC teams, support supervisors, and support manager.
Gather and analyze data from CRM to identify issues in call center processes and communicate them to the technical team.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
Proficiency in the support processes.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to produce detailed analytical reports.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Effective communication skills to interact with various teams and stakeholders.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.

Nice to Have:

Proficiency in the crypto industry.
