Nobitex is looking for a results-driven Campaign Specialist to join our marketing team. This role focuses on effectively conveying campaign goals to team members while providing vital support in the planning, execution, and assessment of campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies and activities to drive successful marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams, external suppliers, and partner organizations to ensure transparent and professional communication throughout the campaign lifecycle
Support the Campaign Manager in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns to drive brand growth
Monitor campaign performance and assist in creating detailed reports to assess effectiveness
Ensure that all campaign activities are consistent with brand guidelines

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
Capability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills
Ability to work closely with creative teams to ensure alignment between messaging, visuals, and overall campaign objectives
Proficiency in reporting tools and methods, including Microsoft Office, professional emailing, data analysis, and Excel
Exceptional presentation skills
Attention to detail and Results-oriented mind
Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and propose optimization strategies
Knowledge of customer journey mapping and conversion funnel analysis
Familiarity with the cryptocurrency industry
Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing is a plus
