شرح موقعیت شغلی

Nobitex is looking for an Experienced Strategic Planning Specialist to develop and implement strategies that will help the company achieve its business objectives.


Responsibilities:


  • Developing strategic plans that aligned with the company's long-term goals.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Align processes, resources-planning, and department goals with an overall strategy.
  • Coordinating with different teams, setting OKRs, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment throughout organization.
  • Assess the company’s and departments’ operational and strategic performance by setting key performance indicators, targets and monitoring them.
  • Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to derive insights and make informed recommendations.
  • Providing management reports to monitor and evaluate effectiveness of strategic plans and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Requirements:


  • At least 2 years of experience in strategic planning, Business consulting, or a related field with a proven track record of successfully leading strategic planning initiatives.
  • Strategic and System thinking capabilities are crucial.
  • Knowledge of business operations and procedures.
  • Experienced in Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Excellent effective communication skills.
  • Familiar with OKR, strong project management skills and experience in managing complex projects.
Nice to Have:


  • Having working experience in FinTech companies is a plus
  • Being Familiar with cryptocurrency industry and blockchain technology is a plus.
