RCOINX is building a next-generation cryptocurrency exchange with a strong focus on security, user education, and AI-powered workflows.

We are looking for an AI Content & Product Specialist who is passionate about Artificial Intelligence, content creation, and product communication. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming complex ideas into high-quality content while leveraging AI tools to maximize productivity.

This is a unique opportunity to join the team before launch and help shape the public knowledge base, educational content, and product documentation from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Powered Content Creation

Create high-quality blog articles.
Produce educational content for the Academy.
Develop Security Center articles.
Write User Guides and Help Center documentation.
Maintain and improve public website content.

Social Media Content

Transform every product update or article into platform-specific content for:

Instagram
X (Twitter)
LinkedIn
Telegram
Facebook
YouTube

Product Content

Write Landing Pages.
Create FAQ documentation.
Produce Feature Announcements.
Prepare Release Notes.
Document new product features.
Write in-app product copy.

AI Workflow Development

Use AI tools daily to improve content quality and production speed.
Design and optimize prompting workflows.
Build reusable AI templates.
Evaluate and improve AI-generated content.
Research and adopt new AI tools and best practices.

Research & Market Intelligence

Research competitors.
Monitor industry trends.
Analyze emerging AI technologies.
Generate new content and product ideas.

Required Qualifications

Professional English proficiency (reading, writing, and comprehension) is mandatory.
Excellent writing and editing skills.
Strong research and analytical abilities.
Advanced experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms.
Ability to convert complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in fintech, blockchain, cryptocurrency, or technology industries.
Familiarity with SEO best practices.
Experience designing AI prompts and workflows.
Familiarity with Notion, Google Docs, and collaborative documentation tools.
Basic knowledge of Figma or Canva.
Understanding of blockchain, digital assets, and crypto ecosystems.
