شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion, meeting deadlines, and achieving project objectives. The project manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, while effectively managing resources, budgets, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

-Lead the planning and implementation of projects, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
-Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines, and track progress against milestones and deadlines.
-Allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to ensure project success.
-Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
-Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
-Monitor and report on project progress, budget expenditures, and resource utilization, and make recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
-Ensure compliance with project management standards, methodologies, and best practices.
-Lead and motivate project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Requirements:

-Proven experience as a project manager, managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
-In-depth knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools, including Agile, Scrum.
-Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving project objectives while balancing competing priorities.
Experience with project management software (Jira).
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices is a plus.
