Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our international team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and technical expertise to drive our marketing efforts and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Identify new opportunities and trends in digital marketing to keep the company at the forefront of industry developments.

2. Campaign Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

3. Content and Creative Development:
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality, engaging content for various digital channels.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and relevant content delivery.

4. Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other relevant platforms.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign performance.

5. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

6. Budget Management:
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and control expenditures to stay within budgetary constraints.

7. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders, presenting campaign results and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
