Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Assistant and Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our C-levels and executive team to drive strategic initiatives, streamline operations, and ensure the efficient execution of key projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to have a significant impact on our company's success and growth.

PLEASE NOTE:
The first and most important skill for this exceptional job opportunity is proficiency in Writing and Speaking, with a minimum IELTS score of 7.5.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday - 11 am to 8:30 pm
Saturday - 12 pm to 5 pm

Location: 
The position involves a hybrid model, with a combination of remote work and on-site presence in Ayatollah Kashani (Sadeghiyeh).

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with Managers to develop and execute strategic plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Project Management: Lead and oversee critical projects, monitoring progress, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to drive project success.
- Communication: Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring information flows smoothly and efficiently.
- Special Initiatives: Take ownership of special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.

Good Qualifications to have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role, such as Chief of Staff, Chief Operating Officer, or Strategy Director.
- Project management skills with a track record of successfully leading and implementing complex initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and functions.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
