About Us: We are a leading company in the smart tech industry, with a growing international presence. We are seeking a professional Executive Assistant (EA) to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO. This is an office-based position, with occasional tasks outside the office as required.
Key Responsibilities: • Act as the first point of contact, handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO. • Manage the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, travel arrangements, and personal appointments. • Sourcing, budgeting, purchasing, and delivery of office supplies. • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as required. • Organise and attend meetings, taking minutes and ensuring follow-up actions are completed. • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transport. • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of information. • Assist in managing personal tasks for the CEO, such as appointments and errands. • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity. • Support in project management tasks and contribute to ad-hoc duties as required. • Ensure smooth communication and coordination between the international offices. • Assist in managing office-related tasks in Saadat Abad and occasionally outside the office, as needed.
Key Requirements: • A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) is essential. • The ability to work from Monday to Friday to align with the international team and the CEO’s time zone. • Strong organisational and multitasking skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools. • Ability to work independently while being reliable and proactive. • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Must be present in Saadat Abad office during the weekdays with occasional tasks outside the office.
Preferred Qualifications: • Previous experience in a fast-paced international environment. • Experience with smart technology or IoT industries would be a plus.
