As the Head of Product Strategy, you will be responsible for driving the discovery, strategic direction, and optimization of our diverse product portfolio. In this high-impact role, you’ll collaborate closely with product leads, manage a data-driven strategy team, and lead the decision-making processes essential for aligning our products with the company's long-term objectives. With a focus on both strategy development and operational excellence, you will ensure that we not only adapt to but anticipate market needs and continuously identify new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities
Product Discovery & Data-Driven Strategy
Lead product discovery initiatives to uncover and validate new opportunities and innovations.
Manage the data team, utilizing insights to inform strategy and drive evidence-based decisions.
Facilitate a data-driven approach to strategic decision-making, supporting product leads and other stakeholders.
Strategic Vision & Roadmap Optimization
Define and communicate a cohesive, multi-year product vision, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and adaptability to evolving market conditions.
Collaborate with product leads to develop and adjust the strategic roadmap across multiple product lines, prioritizing initiatives that drive growth and operational efficiency.
Continuously optimize existing product flows and identify opportunities for improvements that enhance customer experience and competitive positioning.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Decision-Making
Partner closely with design, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure product strategies are executed efficiently and in alignment with business priorities.
Lead the development and refinement of decision-making processes to enable cross-functional teams to make informed, cohesive, and timely decisions.
Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, distilling complex data insights and product developments into actionable recommendations.
Product Portfolio & New Business Development
Oversee and manage a diverse product portfolio, ensuring optimal performance and strategic alignment across multiple product lines.
Identify and explore new areas for growth, supporting the creation of new business lines that capitalize on market trends and company strengths.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and ROI, making data-driven adjustments to enhance product performance.
Innovation & Context Switching
Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging product leads and teams to explore new concepts and ideas.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities, with the ability to manage and context-switch across a diverse array of 10+ product lines to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field; an MBA or relevant Master’s degree is a plus.
5+ years of experience in product management or product strategy, with a proven track record of successfully leading and scaling product portfolios.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with experience leading data-driven product discovery and competitive analysis.
Proficiency in data analysis, financial forecasting, and leveraging insights to shape impactful product strategies.
Proven track record of managing complex, multi-line product portfolios and making data-backed decisions.
Excellent leadership skills, with experience guiding and influencing cross-functional teams, including data, product, and executive stakeholders.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present clear, concise strategies to executive teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
Experience creating structured, data-informed decision-making processes that empower teams to act strategically and decisively.
In-depth understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies, with a proven track record in product optimization and lifecycle management.
Knowledge of data analytics, business intelligence tools, and financial modeling as they pertain to product strategy.

Experience with customer journey mapping, user personas, and customer feedback integration.
