شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a Data Analyst specializing in Implementation & Reporting, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing analytic events, monitoring data flows, managing analytics tools, and producing dashboards and reports. This role is ideal for a candidate with a technical foundation in SQL and Python, and who enjoys creating visualizations that drive business insights.

Key Responsibilities

Event Definition & Implementation

  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to define, document, and implement key analytic events based on client needs.
  • Support backend integration efforts, ensuring analytics events are accurately tracked and stored.
Data Pipeline Monitoring & Management

  • Oversee data pipelines to maintain data integrity and ensure timely, accurate data flows.
  • Troubleshoot and address issues within the data pipeline, escalating more complex issues when needed.
Analytics Tools Implementation & Management

  • Configure, manage, and optimize analytics tools including Mixpanel, Zoho Analytics, Metabase, and MoEngage, ensuring they meet project requirements.
  • Set up analytics tools within client platforms, and support data tracking and reporting across systems.
Dashboard & Report Creation

  • Create and maintain analytic dashboards and reports that translate data into actionable insights for clients.
  • Develop data visualizations and custom reports to address specific client queries, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with client objectives.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver high-impact visualizations.
Documentation & Process Improvement

  • Document key processes, best practices, and data structures to facilitate knowledge sharing and process consistency.
  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of data collection, reporting, and visualization processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience in a data analytics role with hands-on responsibilities in reporting, analytics tool management, and dashboard creation.
  • SQL: Proficient in SQL for querying, data extraction, and manipulation from relational databases.
  • Python: Working knowledge of Python for data analysis, including data cleaning and transformation tasks.
  • Data Visualization Tools: Experience with one or more of the following tools: Mixpanel, Zoho Analytics, Metabase, MoEngage, or similar analytics and visualization platforms.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and report preparation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data effectively, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to spot inconsistencies and validate data integrity.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes clearly and convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with event-based analytics, user segmentation, and/or marketing data analytics.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis methods and experience with advanced Excel functions.
  • Experience with scripting or data automation for report generation.
