شرح موقعیت شغلی

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our dynamic team.
As a Senior Data Engineer, you will connect various data sources to a centralized data warehouse, including backend databases, analytic events, CRM data, and more. You will also ensure seamless integration of this data warehouse with tools such as Tableau, MoEngage, and WebEngage for robust data visualization and customer engagement analytics.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into a data warehouse.
  • Integrate data from backend databases, analytic event logs, CRM systems, and other relevant sources.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across all data sources and the data warehouse.
  • Develop and optimize database queries and data models to support business intelligence and analytics needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, data analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Implement and manage data integration tools and platforms to streamline data flow and accessibility.
  • Monitor data pipeline performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Provide support and expertise in connecting the data warehouse to data visualization tools like Tableau and customer engagement platforms like MoEngage and WebEngage.
  • Maintain documentation of data architectures, ETL processes, and data integration workflows.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in data engineering and analytics.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Engineer, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data integration platforms (e.g., Apache NiFi, Talend, Informatica).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala for data processing.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and customer engagement platforms (e.g., MoEngage, Webengage).
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, data architecture, and data governance principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot data-related issues.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A proactive, "can do" attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
