We are looking for an experienced Full-time Senior Product Designer with a specialization in Interaction & Micro Interaction Design to play a pivotal role in shaping our digital products.
You will take direct ownership of multiple products, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will span from translating business requirements and user needs into innovative design solutions to deliver to our development teams.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Improve the consistency and coherence of user interface across all products and platforms by achieving a decrease in design inconsistencies through regular audits.
• Increase the efficiency of design handoffs (specially for interaction & micro interaction) between design and development teams by implementing a new design handoff process, resulting reduction in communication errors and delays especially in animation, interaction and micro interaction design.
• Design and implement seamless Interactions & Micro Interactions that guide, inform, and delight users
• Continuously update the the interaction design resources for all products to reflects emerging design trends, ensuring that the design remains relevant and up-to- date.
• Advocate for high standards of excellence in providing delightful user interface and support the team in achieving them.
• Lead the design process, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.
• Deep experience in animation and motion design.
• Complete mastery of design & prototyping tools such as Figma, InVision, Framer, Axure and experience working with Penpot & ProtoPie and also be up-to-date with new design tools and trends.
• Conduct regular feedback sessions and incorporate insights into the refinement and improvement of the products.
• Complete knowledge of design thinking framework to bring an iterative approach to all design phases.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, developers, scrum masters and team members to find creative solutions that are feasible to implement.
• Create visually appealing and functional solutions, considering usability & accessibility.
• Observe current user behavior and make design suggestions to improve user interface and user experience.
• Actively contribute to building and maintaining an internal design system, style guide, and UI components libraries to ensure consistency across products and platforms.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience as a senior product designer with a focus on interaction and micro interaction design.
• Solid understanding of UCD principles, Design thinking framework, interaction design and information architecture.
• Strong problem- solving skills to identify design inconsistencies, gaps, and opportunities for design improvement and propose effective solutions, whether related to technical limitations, stakeholder feedback or user needs.
• Creativity to innovate and explore new design solutions , driving improvements and evolution.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and balance multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy for all products and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced,dynamic environment.
• Ability to prioritize user needs and ensure that design system components meet accessibility, usability and inclusivity requirements.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers,, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment and adoption of the design system.
• Well-rounded portfolio of client work, demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives, visual design skills with an eye for typography, layout and color theory.
• Deep experience designing for iOS, Android, and the Web.
• Be familiar with Agile methodology, Scrum and Kanban.
• Complete knowledge of UX writing skills.
• Deep knowledge of E-Commerce and Marketplace.
• Good knowledge of industry-standard motion graphic softwares like Adobe After Effects is a plus.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies is a plus.
