شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description:

●Research and Development

● Training the executive employee and monitoring all tasks and providing feedback

● Tracking and monitoring the financial transactions of the related section

● Complete investigation of applicants' complaints to present the proper solution and make effort to prevent its recurrence

● Personal study to increase information in the related field

● Gathering data about the embassy and ways to prevent visa rejection.

● Continuous review of job offer content on websites and other social media for troubleshooting and idea generation

● Monitoring and checking the accuracy and speed of all the process in coordination with the upper hands.

● Creating interesting and readable content

● Using managing task software such as Terlo and Notion and provide training to the executive employee

● Review and update contract clauses

● Troubleshooting the implementation process and providing a proposed solution

●Making the necessary coordination with other departments such as marketing

● Preparation and presentation of advertising text

● Update the list of frequently asked questions of applicants

● Perform the necessary follow-ups during the implementation process to reach the result

Requirements:

● High command of English language (at least C1)

● Computer literacy (familiar with Microsoft Office apps such as Excel and Word, ability to do R&D and work with Internet)

● Creativity

● Familiar with costumer service skills and phone skills
