About the Role

We are looking for a Senior AI Creative Designer to create high-quality visual content, short videos, social media creatives, post copy, and AI-assisted marketing assets for our brand and products.

This role is for someone with strong graphic design taste, practical experience with AI creative tools, and the ability to turn ideas into polished, professional outputs. AI is part of the workflow, but the final quality, layout, composition, copy, and brand consistency must meet a high standard.

Main Responsibilities

Create AI-assisted images, videos, motion assets, banners, thumbnails, carousels, and campaign visuals
Write and refine captions, hooks, scripts and content ideas for social media posts and videos and website contents
Design creative assets for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, website pages, ads, and product communication
Use tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Pika, Luma, Sora, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Canva AI, Figma AI, or similar tools
Improve AI-generated outputs through editing, retouching, compositing, layout design, and manual polishing
Prepare, publish, or schedule content using the provided content plan and brand guidelines
Prepare final assets in the correct sizes and formats for each platform

Requirements

Strong portfolio in graphic design, visual design, social media design, or video content
Good command of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools
Experience with AI-assisted copy, prompts, captions, scripts, and content creation workflows
Experience with post publishing or scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn, Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, or similar platforms
Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, composition, branding, and visual hierarchy
Ability to work independently, manage feedback, and deliver clean final outputs on time
Good English skills for prompts, references, AI tools, and international creative resources

Additional Strengths

A good understanding of UI/UX, landing pages, and web/mobile product visuals is a strong plus. The ideal candidate can adapt brand and product ideas into clean, modern visual assets while keeping the main focus on AI-assisted creative content, visual design, short-form video production, and content publishing support.

Portfolio Requirement

Please include 3 strong visual or video projects
Include at least 1 AI-assisted creative project and briefly explain your role, tools, and final polishing process
