Responsibilities:
Lead product vision, growth strategy, development and execution of our consumer internet products
Manage a few junior to senior product managers, product designers , testers and marketing and sale manager
Collaborate with designers and others to produce simple, effective and compelling product designs
Apply research, analytics, and user insights to drive product direction
Work with designers, engineers and management to conceptualize or improve our products
Organize user research studies and interviews. Explore and analyze user requirements obtained from these studies and interviews
Drive company and product growth goals
Qualifications:
MS, MBA or PhD
Fluent in English
Passion and ability to design a great user experience for an consumer internet products
5+ years experience in an internet consumer facing product and marketing role
5+ years managing at least 3 product people
Significant experience as a product manager/founder driving consumer / social products, either mobile or desktop
Ability to generate new products, and take the idea from conception to release
Strong problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
High attention to detail
Excitement about our mission
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
