شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Owner to work closely with our Product Manager. You will play a pivotal role in managing and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring the successful delivery of our products. Your contributions will directly influence the success of our products and customer satisfaction. You will act as the main link between the product and development teams, leveraging customer feedback and market data to guide product development while maintaining alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and Prioritize the Product Backlog:  
    • Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to prioritize features and user stories based on business value, customer needs, and market trends. 
    • Ensure the product backlog is up-to-date and aligned with the product strategy. 
    • Translate strategic goals into actionable tasks, epics, and user stories for the development team using tools like Jira. 
  2. Facilitate Communication Between Teams:  
    • Act as the primary liaison between the product, design, engineering, and marketing teams, clarifying and resolving conflicts to ensure alignment with product goals. 
    • Lead and facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to maintain momentum and alignment. 
  3. Support Agile Processes:  
    • Work with the Scrum Master to ensure Agile practices are followed and the development process is continuously improved. 
    • Lead backlog refinement sessions and actively participate in sprint retrospectives to identify and implement continuous improvements, fostering an Agile mindset across teams. 
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a product owner and an interest in Agile methodologies.
  • Proven experience in managing a product backlog and translating strategic goals into actionable tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze market data and customer insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments, such as startups, or managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
