شرح موقعیت شغلی

Therefore, we are in search of Scrum Masters who are not only effective in leading and guiding our teams towards ambitious goals but also see collaboration and innovation as their core values. Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and manage Agile teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. 
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. 
  • Utilize Jira to track project progress, manage backlogs, and document team activities. 
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. 
  • Continuously work to improve team efficiency and productivity. 
  • Support the team in achieving its goals and removing any impediments to progress. 
  • Ensure alignment with Agile principles and practices across the organization. 
Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master. 
  • Expertise with Jira application and documentation. 
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles. 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work remotely and manage teams in different locations. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
