Job Description: As an LLM Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing our AI systems. You will work on a variety of tasks, including but not limited to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic RAG, fine-tuning LLMs, benchmarking LLMs, GPU configuration, LLMOps, MLOps, and prompt engineering. You will collaborate with a team of researchers, engineers, and product managers to build scalable, efficient, and intelligent chatbot solutions. Key Responsibilities: RAG & Agentic RAG: Develop and optimize retrieval-augmented generation systems, including agentic RAG architectures, to enhance the accuracy and relevance of chatbot responses. Fine-Tuning LLMs: Fine-tune large language models on domain-specific datasets to improve performance for specific use cases. Benchmarking LLMs: Design and implement benchmarking frameworks to evaluate the performance of LLMs across various metrics (e.g., accuracy, latency, robustness). GPU Configuration: Optimize GPU configurations for training and inference of LLMs to ensure efficient resource utilization. LLMOps & MLOps: Implement and maintain LLMOps and MLOps pipelines to streamline the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of LLM-based systems. Prompt Engineering: Develop and refine prompts to improve the performance of LLMs in generating high-quality, contextually relevant responses. Chatbot Development: Collaborate with the team to integrate LLMs into chatbot systems, ensuring seamless user experiences. Research & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in LLMs, RAG, and related technologies, and apply them to improve our systems. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience working with large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5, etc.). Hands-on experience with RAG, Agentic RAG, and fine-tuning LLMs. Strong understanding of GPU configuration and optimization for LLMs. Experience with LLMOps, MLOps, and deploying machine learning models in production. Proficiency in prompt engineering and optimizing LLM outputs. Familiarity with chatbot development and conversational AI systems. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Strong knowledge of NLP techniques and tools. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Nice to Have: Experience with multi-modal models and reinforcement learning for LLMs. Knowledge of ethical AI practices and bias mitigation in LLMs. Contributions to open-source projects or research publications in the field of NLP/LLMs. What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
