We are looking for a Human Resources Manager with a demonstrated track record preferably in IT Services industry
:Key responsibilities include
Recruitment - Maintaining organization staff by developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates
Developing and implementing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, disciplinary procedures and absence management
Administering payroll and maintaining employee records
Conducting wage surveys within market to determine competitive wage rate
Planning, Monitoring and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees
Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers
Hearing and resolving employee grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
Analyzing KPI performance, and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices
Requirements
:Experience
+10 years of experience in HR Field with +5 years in a leadership and management role

Good knowledge of employment law
Ability to handle disciplinary issues appropriately
Ability to analyze organizational behavior
