شرح موقعیت شغلی

About This Role

We are looking for a structured and analytical PMO Specialist to support project planning, execution, tracking, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

In this role, you will help translate project objectives into clear and actionable work, monitor progress across multiple projects and teams, identify blockers and dependencies, and provide management with clear and actionable project insights.

Required:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Understanding of Project Management and PMO principles.
  • Experience with Task Management and Project Tracking.
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work with Reporting and Data Analysis.
  • Experience managing meetings and Action Items.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Good command of Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Experience working with at least one Project Management tool, such as Mizito, Trello, or Jira.
Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in a Startup or Venture Building environment.
  • Experience working with Software or Game Development teams.
  • Experience in PMO for multi-team or multi-project environments.
  • Familiarity with KPIs and Performance Tracking.
