The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on HR & People Operations Manager to help us grow our multi-country team and shape the culture of our fast-moving ecosystem. You’ll manage core HR processes, talent acquisition, contracts, and team engagement across our portfolio companies in the Netherlands, Germany, and France.

You’ll manage core HR processes, talent acquisition, contracts, and team engagement across our portfolio companies in the Netherlands, Germany, and France.
What You’ll Do
- Manage recruitment pipelines, job postings, and candidate communication
- Draft and manage employment and contractor agreements (in collaboration with legal & finance)
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes across ventures
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with EU employment regulations
- Support founders with performance reviews, compensation structures, and team well-being
- Organize internal events, workshops, and team offsites
- Assist in refining N5’s hiring brand and HR tech stack
Who You Are
- 5+ years of HR or people operations experience (startup or VC experience a plus)
- Familiarity with Iran and EU employment law and cross-border hiring
- Organized, proactive, and people-centered
- Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch or German a plus)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment
- Passionate about innovation, gaming, and technology
