Position: Tokenomics & Growth Lead — Negatron (Negative Five Ventures Ecosystem)

Location: Remote / The Hague, Netherlands
Type: Full-time / Contract

About Negatron

Negatron is the utility token uniting the gaming ecosystem of Negative Five Ventures, connecting platforms like Rebellis AI, Dynamic Pixels, and Sky Den Games into one synergistic economy. Negatron powers transactions, rewards creators and gamers, and enables cross-platform monetization across AI, multiplayer infrastructure, and game publishing.

We are building the future of game economies — blending AI, Web3, and interactive entertainment.

Your Role

As the Tokenomics & Growth Lead, you will drive Negatron’s strategic expansion — from economic design to community growth and partnership development. You’ll design sustainable tokenomics, approach key wallet holders, and lead initiatives that grow both adoption and engagement within our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Tokenomics Design:
- Develop and refine Negatron’s token model, balancing ecosystem incentives for gamers, creators, and studios.
- Define staking, governance, and revenue-sharing mechanisms aligned with our Marketing Development Fund (MDF) and partner platforms.
- Coordinate with legal and technical teams on compliance and token utility structure.
Business Development:
- Identify and secure partnerships with game studios, wallets, and exchanges.
- Pitch Negatron integration to Web3 and gaming communities.
- Build relationships with KOLs, DAOs, and GameFi projects for collaboration.
Marketing & Growth:
- Create and execute strategies to attract and retain wallet holders.
- Oversee community building, influencer collaborations, and PR campaigns.
- Analyze user growth metrics and optimize campaign performance.

Requirements

Proven experience in tokenomics, Web3 business development, or crypto marketing.
Deep understanding of DeFi/GameFi ecosystems, wallet networks, and incentive mechanics.
Familiarity with smart contracts, staking models, and crypto compliance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and partnership-building skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for gaming and emerging tech.

Nice to Have

Prior work in gaming, AI, or interactive media.
Experience launching or managing token or NFT ecosystems.
Network in crypto, gaming, or VC communities.

Compensation

Token-based compensation (vesting schedule tied to milestones and performance).
Salary package after fundraising (competitive within EU gaming-tech standards).
Relocation opportunity to the Netherlands (with visa sponsorship support upon successful fundraising).
