Role Mission

The Social Media Specialist is responsible for building and strengthening the company's digital presence across social media by creating relevant, engaging and strategically aligned content around gaming, investment, partnerships and the company's portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Management

* Manage the company's social media presence across relevant platforms.

* Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with business priorities.

* Define content themes, formats and publishing cadence for each platform.

* Adapt content and tone to different audiences and platforms.

* Ensure consistency in brand voice, visual identity and messaging.

Content Creation

Create and coordinate content across formats including:

* Short-form video

* Static posts

* Founder and team content

* Partnership announcements

* Investment-related content

* Gaming trends and market commentary

Gaming & Industry Content

* Monitor gaming industry trends, news and emerging topics.

* Identify content opportunities around games, studios, publishers, platforms and market developments.

* Create content that demonstrates the company's understanding of the gaming ecosystem.

* Track relevant gaming conversations and emerging narratives.

* Identify opportunities for thought leadership around gaming and investment.

Investment & Business Content

Translate complex business topics into accessible social content, including:

* Investment activity

* Portfolio companies

* Investment thesis

* Partnerships

* Events and conferences

Community Management

* Monitor comments, mentions and direct messages.

* Respond to relevant audiences professionally and consistently.

* Identify valuable conversations and potential networking opportunities.

* Escalate relevant business, investment or partnership inquiries to the appropriate team.

* Monitor sentiment around the brand and its portfolio.

Growth & Distribution

* Identify opportunities to grow the company's audience organically.
