Digital Marketing Or Performance Marketing Specialist

Negareh is now looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can further strengthen the team with your tech-savviness. You will love working with us at Negareh if you want to work in a Well Known Education Company with entrepreneurial spirit!

What you will be doing…

As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Negareh you will work with developing our PPC and marketing automation applications to create marketing magic. Through teamwork together with cross-functional expertise within e.g BI, marketing and dev teams throughout our organization you will be creating the next generation of marketing automation - always with the continuous aspiration to increase reading! The position is based in Tehran and you report to our Digital Marketing Manager.

Your daily work will involve…

Responsible for developing, implementing and managing campaigns on multiple digital platforms that app installs and web traffic.
Optimize towards low customer acquisition cost (CAC) and high return on ad spend (ROAS).
Managing prospecting and remarketing Campaigns on Social, Native, Influencers, Affiliates and Display channels
Coordinate with internal functions (Commerce, growth, finance, creative) to ensure continued performance and growth.
Creative and data-driven, adept at delivering ideas, content, and metrics.
A self-starter that is able to take projects from strategy through execution with a high attention for detail.
Conduct A/B tests and analyze results to garner insights and optimize campaigns.
You are interested in the latest web trends and technologies.

Skills and Qualifications:

2-3 years working experience within Display & Social performance marketing
Good with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google optimize, Google Dashboard and wider reporting tools
Experience and good understanding of handling advertising on applications, Instagram and other social networks.
Has good knowledge of driving traffic, ad optimization and customer acquisition
Strong analytical mindset and ability to work towards goals and sales targets
Interest/experience in automation and new technologies within MarTech
Experience from working with E-commerce in-house or with E-commerce clients
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
