How You Might Spend Your Days with us:

You’ll likely get your hands dirty in a bit of everything for our paid advertising campaigns. That said, here are some things you’ll take the lead on:

  • Development, execution & management of paid social media, paid search and conversion rate optimization (CRO) campaigns
  • Analysis of campaign data against goals & KPIs
  • Management of ad budgets and recommendations for projections
  • Identify, present & implement new opportunities to improve ad performance
  • Targeting strategies to reach our audience and researching/refining our customer avatars
  • Process for producing high-converting ad copy and creative assets
  • Testing & optimizing ads, landing pages, and sales funnels
  • And most importantly, finding "solutions" to the problems we encounter, NOT bringing excuses that the problem is unsolvable. When a task is assigned to you, you need to understand that it is your responsibility to completely and punctually do 100% of it. If something about the task goes wrong or strategies are not feasible, you have to come up with alternative ways to bypass the obstacle. It is crucial that you wholeheartedly consider all aspects of the tasks and fully do the job in its best way possible.

The Must-Haves


  • 3-5 years of experience managing successful digital ad campaigns
  • Proven record of building ad campaign strategies that drive results
  • Experience with international paid advertising  platforms(Facebook/Google)
  • Ability to write copy that engages and drives action 
  • Ability to create landing pages ( no coding skills required!)
  • Ability to run tests to optimize landing pages
  • Ability to pull data, analyze results, & communicate reports

The Nice-to-Haves


  • 2+ years of experience in Paid advertising from an agency.
  • Knowledge of digital sales funnel.
  • Knowledge of content marketing.
  • Advanced abilities with reporting (Google Analytics, Excel, etc.)
  • Experience with building web pages on WordPress
  • Experience with building funnels on Click Funnels
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio.

  1. Paid advertising (mostly Facebook and LinkedIn ads) from strategy to implementation.
  2. Digital sales funnel from strategy to design.
