شرح موقعیت شغلی

If you are proficient in Backend Programming & Python, passionate about building data processing systems for financial markets, and eager to solve complex technical challenges while learning new things every day, we’d love to have you on our team!

What You’ll Do:

Design and develop backend services using Python
Work on a Data Processing Infrastructure to build efficient, reliable systems
Develop cutting-edge products for financial markets
Optimize and maintain high-performance backend code
Contribute to software architecture decisions and software design
Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Requirements:

A Builder mindset and Result Oriented attitude
Strong proficiency in Python
Hands-on experience with Django or FastAPI
Proven experience with SQL databases, ORMs, and in-memory caching
Experience with Git in a collaborative environment
Solid understanding of data structures and RESTful APIs
Ability to contribute beyond backend development by leveraging AI-powered development tools as a Software Engineer
Background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Financial Engineering, Financial Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields

Nice to Have:

Experience in using AI Agents for development
Familiarity with Docker and Nginx
Experience with WebSockets or realtime data systems
Experience with Realtime message broker systems, such as Kafka or NATS
Exposure to Agile methodologies
Familiarity with Financial Markets
