شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a Developer Support Specialist to provide high-quality technical support to developers using our product and internal teams while collaborating closely with our development and product teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a solid understanding of backend development, and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize, execute, and deploy tasks throughout the software development life cycle.
Write efficient, scalable code in Kotlin/Java, focusing on backend development.
Serve as a liaison between the development team and our operations team, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of objectives.
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, tests, and deployments using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
Raise issues about handling system administration tasks to our platform engineering team and collaborate to resolve problems related to configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, etc.
Design and implement system architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
Document development and deployment processes, creating comprehensive guides for future reference.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a Backend Developer using Kotlin/Java.
Proficiency in DevOps practices and tools, with hands-on experience in Kubernetes (K8s) and system administration.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience with build processes for Spring Boot applications.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, with a keen eye for reading documentation.
Experience with scripting languages for automation tasks (e.g., Bash, Python) is a plus.
Familiarity with system design principles and best practices.
