We are seeking a talented and passionate Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content, manage campaigns, and implement growth initiatives across various channels.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our products and services
Create engaging content for various platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across different channels to maximize user acquisition and engagement
Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and impactful marketing materials
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Track and analyze key marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with business objectives
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new marketing opportunities

Requirements:

M.Sc or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fields
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Analytical mindset
English proficiency
Experience in fintech industry would be a plus
