شرح موقعیت شغلی

Description:

We are looking for a senior product manager who improves the quality and output of the team, refines our processes and manages the product and works with our technical and business development teams to achieve these.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor business and market trends and gather requirements from business partners in order to gain and provide insights to the team, define tasks and plans and manage prioritization of different features and tasks over time
- Communicate with managers and marketing team
- Define and manage OKRs
- Review tasks based on technical capacity of the team and scope of the project and check if an idea or task is feasible
- Hold and manage different meetings: sprint planning , retro, daily
- Manage sprints: define tasks and Definition of Done, follow up on tasks, set expected release time
- Improve sprint process: enhance scoring for tasks, prioritize and assign tasks to each person based on their capabilities
- Gather required data to define proper hardness/score for each task
- Hold an analyze retro meetings and plan for improvement of the existing processes
- Manage QA team and set prioritization of tasks for backend and front-end for the QA team
- Gain deep understanding of the product in order to be able to investigate reported bugs and define the scope of the problem
- Maintain the list of unplanned tasks and bugs and define prioritization for them
- Monitor and evaluate the output of the team as well as each developer in each sprint and create reports regularly to evaluate people at the end of quarter

Requirements:
 
- +3 years of work experience in product management or similar roles
- Experienced in scrum and agile
- Able to learn and understand the industry, the product positioning and able to evaluate and predict business trends 
- Effective communication with technical people
- Reading, listening and writing in English
- Technical background is a plus
- Familiarity with financial markets is a plus
- Familiarity with blockchains is a plus
