Responsibilities
Coordinate employee engagement and satisfaction surveys and develop action plans based on the results
Engage in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Supporting team leaders to develop employees, provide feedback, and manage performance effectively
Gather and analyze data for key HR metrics and KPIs
Organize employee performance management and appraisal
Suggest new procedures and policies to improve efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole
Initiate and organize training & development initiatives
Requirements
Proven experience
Experience in OKR implementation, Performance, and Talent management
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Proactive, able to operate autonomously, and thrives in ambiguity
Excellent communication and people skills
Aptitude in problem-solving
Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
BSc/BA in Business administration/ Human Resource or relevant field
