شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Overview: 

Medical Manager is responsible for cooperate with head office  Medico Marketing team and region office  Marketing team for :

-Checking/Validating all scientific documents, promotional and non-promotional materials under MOH queries.

Responsibilities:

 marketing/Medical affairs :

1-         Working on products specifications, features, advantages and benefits.

2-         To help in preparing and developing scientific evidences for Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning of our products

3-          Preparation of proper messages on products boxes (Art Work)

4-         Preparation of scientific elements for each target group, marketing collateral such as Info graphics, PELs, Contents marketing, LBLs, Clinical evidences, advertising contents, …

5-         Epidemiological analysis of deices and suggesting medical formulas for new products.  

Training:

1-         Scientific training of new joiners and onboard staff, DSMs and Reps and during cycle meetings or any other training sessions.

2-         Helping in all scientific needs of Sales, Marketing and regulatory department’s team.

Regulatory:

1-         Formulation/dosage analysis of components of the old products and suggestion for Medical and consumption indication.

2-         To help the regulatory department by providing MOH application files and claiming products information on the designed boxes.

3-         Checking all claimed information on all promotion marketing materials and packing materials of all products to be valid medically.

Field Work:

1-         Working on field as joint visit in purpose to develop medical knowledge and observance of medical knowledge of the sales team as much is in incentive clause indexes.

2-          For this position going on Mission and covering headquarters on a monthly basis and as on when is required is planned.

3-            Medical marketing survey.

4-         Scientific training of health staff (nutritionists, nurses, doctor's assistants,)

Lectures in Congresses and Seminars (As and when required).

5-         Lectures in CMEs and Stand alone. 

6-         Lectures in DTCs.

7-            Round tablets for doctors and pharmacists.

Income Package:

-Monthly salary 

-Performance Bonuses

-Incentive (Based on incentive clause)

-Taxi allowance (based on actual bill) 

-Food allowance (Based on No of Mission days)

Qualifications:

-Education—MD/PhD/ MBBS /M Pharma

-Experience—2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical companies in any of the following functions: 
*medical services/medico-marketing/clinical research/regulatory affairs;
* medical writing/developing/publishing medical content; 
*or a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in any clinical practice

-Advanced Knowledge of English in both speaking and writing 

- Understanding of any specialty area of medicine (preferred) or an overall understanding of the medical field

-Strong flair and passion for writing

-Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills

-Passion for networking and updating oneself with the latest technical/scientific developments and relating them to various projects

-Strong clinical reasoning skills

-Ability to work under pressure to meet agreed deadlines

-Passion, energy, and enthusiasm to drive results
