شرح موقعیت شغلی

1- leading and Managing the whole value chain from the primary negotiation of supply to the last steps of sales and logistics.
2- As a member of the Leadership Team, work with the CEO to drive the growth of the business and contribute to the definition and delivery of the company strategy.
3- Develop and implement continuous improvement plans in line with company strategy.
4- contribute in Setting a commercial strategy, forecast marketing and Identify new marketing opportunities, Assign sales scopes and targets to the sales team, and contract value targets, and ensure they are met.
5- Generate, manage, and prioritize a marketing and sales pipeline in order to exceed sales targets and assist the business in hitting its broader revenue/margin targets.
6- Utilizing commercial acumen to lead the liaison between external customers and internal employees to proactively manage all elements of the Services process and functions.
7- Managing and develop strong relationships with suppliers including negotiations.
8- Develop a strong working rules and effective managemnet for the operations team to deliver the best service for customers.
9- Oversee deal reviews and client negotiations to ensure that value is maximized, discounting is minimized, and new business wins are profitable and effective to deliver for the rest of the business.
10- Establish and maintain effective Internal working relationships between different units through the line in order to create a value stream get outcomes and meet goals.
11- Maximize value from referral networks and business connections.
12- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
13- Analyze and respond to competitors' strategies and changes in the industry.
14- Analyze the territory/market’s potential and track sales and status reports.
15- Research the market, understand customer requirements and analyze trends.
16- Network and socialize with important clients to ensure sustained patronage.
17- Lead and engage employees to foster a string sense of belonging and alignment with their values, ensure that they are appropriately involved, motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to the required standard.
18- Ensure all policies are adhered to and controls are effective.
19- Prompt completion of management reports, e.g., KPI’s.
20- Attend business seminars, conferences, and workshops to track industry trends.
