As a part of our continued growth, we are looking for a dedicated and passionate OKR (Objectives and Key Results) Champion/Ambassador. As an OKR Champion/Ambassador, you will be responsible for Maintaining DP's OKR Framework and integrating it into the culture of the company, Driving the adoption of OKR's, Initiate and drive changes with numerous Managers across various Lines of Business, Being viewed as the OKR Subject Matter Expert, and maintaining internal OKR tools/systems . The OKR Champion/Ambassador will also be responsible for maintaining excellent customer service to internal and external customers always.

Essential Job Duties:
1. Ensures the efficient implementation of the planning process that includes setting up workshops at all levels with the right group of participants, scheduling the planning process itself, setting reminders for submitting Quarterly OKR's and fixing OKR's when needed
2. Conduct Quarterly OKR reviews
3. Be the Subject Matter Expert for all matters relating to Objectives and Key Results
4. Ensure transparency and overview of the strategic OKR goals
5. Regularly communicate the vision, mission and strategy and how OKR's relate to them
6. DP Quality Control: ensure that Objectives are clear and measurable, and the expected values and metrics are well defined
7. Integration of the OKR tools into daily work: maintaining the OKR's on the intranet, ensuring the alignment and transparency of OKR's align with the goals of the Company
8. Highlight OKR's at risk and make recommendations to bring underperforming OKR's back on track
9. Initiate and support the continual improvement of DP's OKR system
10. Maintains all controlled documents relating to the OKR System
11. Maintain a safe and clean work environment
