شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal partners (design, engineering, user research, product marketing, customer support, program management, and sales) to launch features that help customers get to agreement faster
Drive requirements and translate them to functional specifications for engineering and design
Take a data-driven approach in defining success metrics, prioritizing requirements, and communicating the plan, progress, and success
Become an authority on your area of responsibility and identify areas of opportunity through research and data
Prioritize and manage the feature backlog for effective release and sprint planning
Review competitors and vendors in adjacent spaces for feature requirements and comparisons to ensure a competitive and relevant product

Skills And Requirements

4+ years of experience and Bachelor’s degree OR 2+ years of experience and a Master’s degree
Experience taking a product from concept to launch
Experience with analytics and project management tools
User experience: prior experience applying usability principles and practices, including early and rapid prototyping, usability testing, cross-browser/platform, and design constraints on the web and designing for accessibility and SEO
Strong communication skills - presentation, written and verbal
