شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description:


  • Execute and monitor trade marketing campaigns in provincial markets in line with company policies.
  • Conduct regular visits and collaborate with sales offices and authorized representatives to increase sales of MCI products and services.
  • Implement incentive programs for salespeople and representatives, and monitor the effectiveness of promotions.
  • Manage and update point-of-sale marketing materials (POSM), ensuring proper placement at sales outlets.
  • Carry out local projects including promotional events, exhibitions, and customer engagement meetings.
  • Provide regular analytical reports on provincial performance to the head office. 
Skills & Competencies:


  • Strong analytical and data-analysis skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (specifically Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and analytical reporting.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills with sellers, representatives, and customers.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to coordinate across different departments.
  • High-level public relations skills with a strong executive and hands-on mindset.
  • Creativity and readiness to go on provincial business trips.
General Requirements:


  • Age range: 24 to 35 years old.
  • Gender: Open to both male and female candidates (with a preference for male candidates).
